11. Airlie Beach: Airlie Beach is not only the gateway to the Whitsundays, but a tourist destination in itself, with beautiful beaches and access to so many breathtaking regions. It is a good starting point to access Shute Harbor, Bowen and Abel Point Marina. Airlie Beach Lagoon is fantastic for the family, relax and enjoy the food and sunshine.

12. The Whitsundays: Located via Shute Harbor, is the area for its fascinating islands and reefs known. Of the 74 islands there are a numberwith excellent resorts such as Hamilton, Daydream, South Molle, Lindeman and Long Island. Whitehaven Beach with its pure white sand and blue waters overwhelming. Hire a boat for a few days visiting the islands, or try some deep sea diving or fishing on the outer reefs.

13. Cairns: One of the largest cities in north Queensland, Cairns is the tropical weather, warm water, and tourist attractions. Catch a catamaran to Green Iceland or continue on for some deep sea fishing. TheHarbor Trinity outlet is always crowded with yachts and fishing boats. Drive further north to Trinity Beach, Palm Cove, Yorkeys knob for a few days or longer. Inland the Barron Gorge National Park offers great ride with the favorite in Kuranda Skyrail and the Scenic Atherland Tablelands in the hinterland.

14. Daintree Rainforest: The hotel is located in far north Queensland, the Daintree World Heritage List is located alongside the Great Barrier Reef at its doorstep. 15. Emerald: There is much to do in this outback town west of Rockhampton on. Mazeppa National Park offers the tourist walks and an incredible landscape. You can search about gemstones, visit Maraboon Lake, the Emerald Museum and Pioneer Cottage, or simply camp under the stars and enjoy aBreak from the city.

There are a number of bush walks that will take you to the top of the gorge near Boolimba Bluff, to the breathtaking caves Moss and Ampitheatre below complete with Aboriginal rock art. Carnarvon Basin are refreshingly plus there are all sorts of wild animals and birds to experience.

18. Mount Isa: You will find this oasis town in northwest Queensland, surrounded by the Selwyn Ranges. With incredible sunsets, fishing spots and endless points of tourist industry townis a uniqueTarget. Best nearby attractions Lawn Hill Gorge National Park and Riversleigh Fossil Fields.

19. Roma: Experience the outback of Queensland in its entirety. Roma is a good starting point for exploring the surrounding towns and outer Injun, St George and Charleville. A major attraction is The Big Rig, which can not be missed if you're in the city, or why not visit the Roma Villa Winery and Meadowbank Museum before you leave to go. There are rodeos and cattle stations and aof the biggest attractions is the locals who do will make you feel at home.

20. Toowoomba: Toowoomba is a beautiful city and for its gardens and flower festival in the spring known. It is the gateway to the Darling Downs and the West, and natural attractions such as Crows Nest National Park and Lake Cressbrook. Visit the Bunya Mountains is ideal for parking and landscape. Further west is Oakey, Chinchilla and Dalby go to a country.

21. Stanthorpe: Known as Queensland's WineStanthorpe is the southern capital for its festivals, plenty of fruit and wine gardens popular. In the vicinity are incredibly like Girraween National Park, famous for its wild flowers, the Bald Rock National Park and National BooNoo BooNoo also famous for its granite rocks. This is the perfect place for a cozy weekend getaway.
