Canadian Car Hire Holiday

One of our readers said that we would like to see a guide for the best places to visit with a car hire in Canada. I can not them down. There are a lot of really interesting and beautiful places to go on a driving tour of Canada. The country is absolutely huge and it will not be possible to see everything you want on one trip. That is unless you are going for a year long vacation. If you are planning a Canadian holiday or if you would like to learn some great info about the country, be sure to check this post out!
Because Canada is so huge, I will break the list up into two different parts. Part one will be the top three cities to visit. Part two will be the top three environmental attractions to see. There is no doubt I will leave some really nice places off of this list so fee free to add your own opinions.
Part 1 – Top Three Cities
1. Vancouver – This is really one of the best cities in all of the world. Located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean in the southwest corner of Canada, this is a truly spectacular city. There are ample hiking, camping and urban activities to keep any tourist happy. Amazingly, you can see palm trees and snow in the same place if you visit Vancouver in the winter. Although this city is in Canada, it never gets very cold at sea level. That means you can make a vacation to Vancouver any time of the year.
2. Toronto – Surprisingly, Toronto is farther south than many American cities. This part of Canada dips to the south and Toronto is located in the beautiful great lakes region. The best time to visit is in the summer when you can explore the surrounding area and the city center wearing shorts and a tee shirt. You can also go to a Toronto Blue Jays baseball game if you visit in the summer.
3. Quebec – Located in the French speaking portion of Canada you will find the city of Quebec. It is really one of the most beautiful cities in Canada that has a lot of great places to drive with a car hire. Start off in the city center and make your way to all of the surrounding scenery that is most impressive.
Part 2 – Top Three Places
1. Niagara Falls – I think that most people have heard about Niagara Falls. I think that most everyone has seen a picture of it too. But you cannot fully appreciate the awesome power of the water until you are here in person. You can walk all around the park and get really close to the world’s largest waterfall by volume. Check out both the American and Canadian side of the falls or take the Maid of the Mist boat tour.
2. Prince Albert National Park – This is one of the best places to have a relaxing time in the great outdoors. Most of Canada is untapped wilderness that you will have a great time exploring with a car hire. Drive to the central part of Saskatchewan and spend some time in the beautiful Prince Albert National Park. It is best to visit this place in the summer because it will be too cold during the other seasons. One of the most famous things to see in the park are the Sturgeon River Plains Bison. These huge animals are fairly peaceful, but you still need to treat them with respect and caution.
3. Nova Scotia – This is the beautiful island province of Canada that sits in the Atlantic Ocean. The coastlines are beautiful and the cities are a great way to experience the traditional Canadian life. Book a car hire in Nova Scotia and travel around all of the great places for a unique holiday in Canada.
