Car Lots Should Be Using Scrapbooks In Their Businesses

October 23rd, 2009 No comments

I've always wondered why I have never seen a guest book in the lobby of a car lot. Since I my rent cars at least every 5 years, I find myself sitting in the office someone like me somewhere for a manager to decide at what price and for me to wait for free. During this 5 or 10 minutes I sit, I psyche myself up too much defensively, knowing I do not know the price, I have to negotiate, knowing I can on foot. I also know from conversations with many other peoplethat they are to spend that elapse 5 or 10 minutes feeling exactly the same way and more and more defensive than the seconds.

What a much more pleasant experience, it would be if I have a guest book for review. There are so many elements that could put a car dealership in their guestbook. They could start with the car over the years. I know that if the car shows in my city are thousands of people to see these vintage cars to. Not only that vehicle engineering andModels of change, but the colors over the years also been transformed.

In addition, there are occasional special edition vehicles, which come once and then they're gone. There are also models that do not make it, and are quickly removed from the line up. Photos of these cars would be nice to see.

What about pictures of people? I always see white boards, the company has sold as many cars of each seller, but so what? That means nothing to me. See a photo of my nextNeighboring a sale would mean a lot more. Or see a picture of the local newscasters would mean much more than the board with the name of the seller about it.

What about pictures of other employees who work there? I was surprised to learn that a man whom I known for several years worked as an acquaintance of one of the dealerships I had left my car at the last sale. Maybe he has and I know each other, the transaction could have been saved. Maybe not, but we willnever know.

What is helping out with pictures of the car dealership in the community? I know that a local dealer is very involved in serving food at the local soup kitchen. I only know because I have said. How wonderful, the seller, who tries to see to make a purchase with me, serving in a photo of food at the local soup kitchen. Wow, that would be a different perspective.

A scrapbook of all the above would be so much nicer for the customer toSpending 10 minutes more and more defensive and will be ready to attack if the seller comes back.
